Aggressive behavior

<p>I called the customer service number wanted to get a ITC ref number as reqiured at the police station, I spoke to Solami Motatha I told her what I need and she requested a IME number I asked her where can I find that and she told me it's on the phone box and I asked her to please hold I need to confirm with someone who has the phone box . I must hold for how long she said, because I am not supposed to hold for more than 1 minute.... I said to her but when I call some of you employees do make hold for more than a minute she aggressively said we will be searching for your information on the system, I told her I want to get her the infor she needed in order to assist me and she said I must call again once I have the number. I asked her for her name and sername after she gave me her full name I asked her why are u shouting at me she said she is not then I hanged up. She has no customer service s****s and rude to customer what is she doing at cell c cumtomer service centre</p>
