Agents unable to assist me with cancellation of contract.

im trying to cancel contract and no one is able to assist me with amount to cancel 074 and 061 Contracts

Im transferred from exclusive to Customer Care to retention. no one is brave enough to sort me out

I need Contract cancellation fee for the 074 number and 061 Number.

I need banking details and Procedures on how to get this cancelled today asap.

When i ask for supervisor im put on hold with no response.
