*********** agents and worst Cell C service

I had a contract which was in arrears with them and in May 2023, i made an arrangement with them which they failed to honor by debiting my account while I make cash payments. In July I called in requested a statement with the full amount so ican settle the account as Cell C continues not to debit which raises my arrears. I paid the amount which reflected on the statement and after that payment I was told there is another amount whichwas hiden from me. The contract was cancelled and i was never notified. now the company is saying i must pay the cancellation fee yet they continued to not debit and i had paid as agreed. I have been calling to get answers but instead i am told they made a mistake and gave me the wrong amount. No one is giving me answers as to why it was cancelled and have the decency to notify me
