AGENT CALLS FOR 9 MIN BUT TALKS ON THE BACKGROUND. WHAT NONSENSE IS THIS???
084 145 has been on my case for ever. I keep receiving calls from this number and no one is communicating with me. I can hear agents talking on the background. As I am writing this review the call is approaching 5 min and no one is talking except chit chat from your agents.
What type of business is this? How can someone call and stay on the line for over 5min approaching 7 min now and no one is communicating???
Are agents allowed to phone us for no reason? Who gave you consent to even call me?? If I may ask?
Can you please remove my number from your database and kindly investigate why someone is calling me for over 8 min now without uttering a word to me.
This is highly unacceptable business conduct and I feel.
My number is *** please listen to the recording and look at the call duration. The call lasted 09:18 now I am hearing an automated call survey of what I do not know.
