<p>I have taken a Cell C through contract through Glocell. This agent has being authorized by Cell C to underwrite contracts for them however I think Cell C needs to review this agreement. I took this contract at the Ballito Branch in KZN and it has been almost 2 months and I am still waiting for the device. The reason for using Glocell was the promotion for the cruise with any Cell C contract. This experience has being very unpleasant because Glocell does not care, they never once phone me regarding when I would receive device. But every time I phoned them it was one lie after another. So if Cell C really cares about its customers please end your association with Glocell because they will tarnish the Cell C brand.</p>
