<p>Following my last report regarding Glocell I would like to thank Cell C for referring the matter to Glocell. This matter is however not resolved. I was contacted by Glocell last week and promised to receive device by Monday (23/05). This never materialized which was no surprise to me so I contacted Glocell call centre on Tuesday at 08:30 and spoke to Ernest (ref no.***). He told me that needs to gather information about matter and will get back to me. I am still waiting which is very frustrating. It surprises me that Glocell poor service goes unchallenged. To think that I have taken this contract almost 2 months ago and still did not receive any courtesy call from the Glocell branch in concern. (Ballito Branch)</p>
