Again with utterly poor service

After sending in my phone for repairs and cell c wrongfully blacklisted my phone and finally after about 2 months getting my phone back,I receive the phone with a missing sim tray and damaged speaker. It has now been 2 weeks that I have been waiting for cell c to send me the sim tray as without it,I can not use my phone. And with the damaged speaker,I fear sending my phone back to have it replaced because of the previous poor and *********** service that I have now experienced. And when I am told that cell c will call me back,it never happens? Their slogan is \Dear Valued Customer\" please,that is a joke and a lie. "
