Again treated like garbage

After my last experience with Cell C tried to upgrade my two contracts again today.

You can almost feel were this is going..

Asked for a 2GB Pinnacle Topup. The salesperson on the phone was very friendly and professional. She advised me the currently have a promotion on the 5GB Pinnacle which is R189 and asked me if I was interested. Told her I was and we went through the whole 's****' of questions and answers. While she was reading me the terms and conditions, she suddenly stopped and told me the promotion wasn't available anymore and was back to the normal price of R399.

This is now the second time in a row were Cell C is making me an offer which after I have accepted the offer, they suddenly have an excuse to withdraw.

I've been with Cell C since 2003, always paid my bill on time, never complained but now feel as if this is working against me. I looks like since I'm a loyal paying customer they feel they have the right to F....K me over. I really feel treated like a piece of garbage instead of a loyal paying customer.

Every month I get at least 2 phone calls from Vodacom to switch to them.

I will now probably take them up on their offers for the 2 numbers I wanted to upgrade, the 5x camera sims will be moved to the rain network and my 3 workers numbers (for which I pay) also to a new provider.

Oh, and your 'company who responds' rating is false as well since you NEVER responded to my last complaint.

Pity you treat your customers this way.
