After receiving NO joy regarding my query since March 2015, I eventually did get a call 4 days ago and I ALMOST belevied Danielle Abrahams the Executive Client Liaison Desk Agent. She on Monday 18 May 2015 made contact. She said that she will have the phones collected and the contracts written off once the handsets has been collected. Two days later \TRUE CELL C STYLE"I was instructed to travel 31kms to take the phones in myself. I did this on Wednesday 20th May 15 afternoon. I have emailed the letter confirming that the handsets has been handed in. Danielle has listed a number in her auto signature that NEVER WORKS. It is no Friday and I have been with no cellphone"
