AGAIN PATHETIC SERVICE, THIS IS EXHAUSTING NOW!!! TRULY OVER CELLC

I really have the worst luck when it comes to dealing with CELLC.

After trying for a week to do a sim swap on the phone with out success, I go to the branch as we now on Level 3 I figure let me do it.

Mind you, I had to have my number blocked as I could not go to their branch for an unrica'd sim card as we were still on hectic lock down.

At the Branch I am helped by a truly amazing consultants, she does the sim swap and I leave there happy.

The next day I try to use the sim card... honestly just to port my number as I have decided that i want nothing to do with CellC anymore but my sim card is not working.

Again I try the useless call center, but I keep failing their questions and no one is even willing to help me. Eventually someone tells me to go back to the branch.

We are under lock down, but I again go to the same CellC shop for help.... I am told only a manager can unblock my number and their only in Wednesday and Thursday and this was a Tuesday.

So now I have to ask for more time off at work. use up more of my petrol. Just to have my number re-activated.

This is my main number and I need it, changing numbers is a nightmare and all I want to do is port my number to a different provider so that CELL C and I never have to cross paths ever again.

Cell C is the worst provider I have EVER had to deal with..
