Again doubled Charged..... I'm fed-up

Again Cell C double charged me this month. I'm fed-up. I'm now going to cancel my card so that this don't happen again. No use even to ask them for a refund. I'm still waiting for my December refund. I should have never joined, People stay far-far away from Cell C.
