Again CellC staff don't know what they're doing

So after being absoiassured that what I've asked for on several previous occasions had been done. My number is listed and is the inly one to used for any communication, especially personal details pertaining to my account. Instead my mother, who is one of my contract numbers keeps getting SMSes to say I'm in arrears, when I'm NOT. Surely logic says I, as the account holder, cannot possibly be using all the numbers I have contracts for!!! So I thought I'd eventually found someone who knows what he's doing and assured me my mom's number will be removed and only I will receive any correspondence, but no, last week my mom again received an SMS stating what my payment is for 29 August. Does CellC know what the POPIA ACT says???? You may NOT, without my permission, share ANY PERSONAL details with anyone else. What's fur in my account is MY PERSONAL information!!!! How do I get hold of your CEO? He needs to be told how useless his staff areovrt & over again!!!! Enough is enough,!!!!!!!!
