Hi Cell C |MD Yes, Derrick did respond to my e-mails, however we did not reach a resolution. Cell c wants me to book in the phone for repairs when the phone was sold to me by stating that there will be a swap out sent if the phone has any issue. I ended the discussion with Derrick stating that if Cell C cannot uphold the contract sold to me then he shouldn't bother me. As i am tired of this back and forth. However you can forget about the phone as i threw it in the bin. I will leave Cell C at the end of my contract term. Or in essence, since the terms in which the phone was sold cannot be held up can i assume that i can terminate my contract with immediate effect? As to me this is breach of contract.
