Aftercare is bad
My wife is struggling now for two months to get hold of Cell C accounting department. she lost her work in end of march 2020 and since then she struggle to get work due to Covid 19. her contract is overdue and in arrears but she want to make arrangement for payments since i lost my work to and starting a new business from the ground up we want to pay them with arrangements so that we can use the contract for business.
she sent mails to cell c legal department with no feedback. we dont know what else to do we dont want to loose the contract and she is a loyal customer of cell c since 2005.
How can we get support from cell c
