After thought
I wrote two lette4s last week. This is just an after thought. Why do you not allow people to canc3l contrac5s in store . This would be easier and faster than inconvenience the customer with calls that don't get amswered and unnecessary debits. More than five times i went into the shop to cancel but they gave me a number 035 184. Unless you do it deliberately knowing how this benefits you.
