After theft, replacement phone blacklisted
I phoned the 084 140 number to report my phone ****** on 22 May 2015, and went through the process to have the ****** handset blacklisted (ia Samsung), also gave the Samsung IME number for blacklisting . While I was waiting for a replacement phone to arrive, I did a sim swop and used my old Blackberry in the meantime.

However, on 26 May 2015 I could no longer make or receive calls and my insurance co informed me that the ITC number I had obtained from Cell C was for a Blackberry and not the Samsung that was ******. I phoned 084 140 again and was informed that I had to go in to a Cell C store to have my Blackberry unblacklisted, so I went in to a store and completed the documentation on 26 May. I was told it would take 24 - 48 hours , and given a ref no.

It is now 3 days later and my phone has still not been unblacklisted! I am a single mother who travels with my 9 month old baby everyday, I have no landline at home and my Blackberry is the ONLY phone I have right now. That means that in case of emergency I currently have absolutely no way of contacting anyone. I called 084140 this morning and after being sent from pillar to post, I was then cut off by a very unhelpful agent
