After Service at Cell C Canal Walk - Extremely bad and disappointing

First and foremost, I would like to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the after service of Cell C.

I was promised feedback within three weeks – it has now been six week with no word or notification unless initiated by myself.

My daughter took a laptop contract and within one month the laptop burned out – I dread to think if this had to happen while we were asleep

We have paid two instalments with no benefit from the contract, which is both unfair and considered highway *******.

Please cancel this contract and I would expect full reimbur*****t to my daughter for the two instalments she paid with no usage.

I am very unhappy and would like clarity by no later than 12pm today.

This will be posted on Hello Peter as well to make other consumers aware of your lack of customer care.
