After contract was canceled, money was debited

I had 3 contracts with cell c. I canceled them paid the settlement amount given of two of them and the third one expired on the 2 November2015 but the sim card was not in use sins Sept 2015. End Okt an debt order went of for R654 and end of Nov. R882. All they say it was a cash run. They are steeling my money and i want it back. They operator told me i wold be credited on 2015-12-07 when i phoned they have no records of my complaint.
