After complaint Cel C did nothing, they don't care for there customers

Round about 24th of Oktober I complained about data disappear and need some one to help me. They phoned once and because there bad, pathetic reception the phone goes to mail box immediately. After I supp**** Maropeng Montana a telkom number to phone me he did, yes take a gues nothing. Then I send him a personal email explainnng my predicament and ask for answers , and guess, yes you are right, did not even bother to come back to me
