AFTER CELL C PROMISED ME BOTH AMOUNTS TO BE RVSD

I do not know how many times i have querried this with Cell c but they promised me that both amounts, for ZAR364 and some odd and ZAR187.59 would be reversed, i only received the R364, i am still waiting for the R187.59 debited on my account on 27/12/2014.
