After 20 years of service it's turning into a **** provider.

Good day I'm client of Cell C for so many years . Recently it was upgraded time . Mind you I have 5 contract with them. The one contract I upgraded was an I Phone 15 the agent said they have a special and only in yellow I said its ok . Then she sends me the upgrade contract condition I see the colour on there is green . She phones back for something else I tell her you wrote green on there she said o did I. And that she will change it . She never did . A week later I phone to follow up on the contract phone coz it never came . I told the agent she said she can try and change the colour .... Then she tried and said that I have to go through a credit check for that. Why I don't know . I told her that if she can't get it right to leave it as is coz it's already messed up . Anyway since when does a person have a credit agreement with you cell phone provider instead of a service agreement. Government is very clear about that. Oooo and mind you it's pathetic. I can give the agents number and if they want they can listen to the recording . Like they say calls are being recorded. .... I'm still waiting and plus when you phone you never get to the proper department it blady insane .
