Affiliation with Basebone and allowing a third party to debit user accounts with their knowledge

Cell C has debited my account for both months of July and August of a unusually high amount, to find out from their call center agents that its a "subscription" that one signs up to when clicking on a link ( they cannot specify what link) that automatically subscribes you to Basebone and their ******** charges. Cell C can go into my account and check for both these months and a large amount has been taken from me without my consent. Obviously Cell C must be getting some sort of kick back or commission on these fees or they would never allow for another company to take monies from their customers. Cell C should be ashamed of such abuse, you as a company should be protecting your users, not exploiting them. And if something like this is going to be debited, or a user has unknowingly signed up for such a subscription then as a massive corporation like yourselves with millions of users, you should let the user know and become aware of the charges for these subscriptions and give the user a choice of cancelling before taking thousands or rands of their money that is to put food on their families table. Cell C this is very sad that you are allowing your customers to be exploited like this.
