AFFECTING MY CREDIT SCORE!!!

I recently reviewed my credit report and noticed that my score has dropped due to two missed payments. However, my payments are up to date, and this is also reflected in my Cell C statement. I deeply regret entering into a contract with Cell C, as they have proven to be the worst service provider I’ve ever dealt with. From customer service to their accounts department, they consistently fail to deliver. I am truly baffled by their level of operation.🤦♀️
