Affected Credit scoring due to error code on syste

I changed my debit orders to my new account 2 months ago, Now due to an error code, my old account was debited from ONLY CELLC and went into a minus. I called in and I gave my new account details once again. but payment was still reversed. Now I had to make a cash payment and I am wondering now what this is going to do to my credit scoring. I can not afford to have any penalties at this stage where I am looking to purchase a house. And it is all due to an error on CELLC's side! IF this affects myself at any stage, I will need to take it further. I really hope this is not how the system usually works and need feedback on this!
