ADVERTISING DEVISES THAT ARE NOT IN STOCK

I upgraded my contract on the 13th April, Its 12 May and t I still haven't received my device. When I did the upgrade the lady who was assisting me checked and said it was in stock. When I make follow ups hey say it's out of stock and they don't know when they will receive stock, that was from April. When you check their May Catalogue same device is advertised. Why are they advertising devices that are not in stock and have no idea when they will be in stock.

I called on the 21st April (Wed) to follow up on the delivery and I was told the Skworth is also out of stock. My number was taken down and I was told somebody will call me as on the system the upgrade is still showing.

I made another follow up here on messenger two weeks ago (26 April) and was told, my order is with your back orders.

I followed up again today first on Messenger, The person who was replying just decided to ignore me.

I called and was put through to 3 different people. When my call got cut the last person I was speaking to ddn't even bother call me back.

Think it's time to jump ship to another network.
