ADVERTISED ITEMS OUT OF STOCK

Why does Cell C continously advertise products that they have very little of or no stock at all.I wanted to buy their AG tablet and phone combo deal which wasadvertised in their June/July catalogue. They were only able to supplythe tablet , now i see they advertising this deal again in their July/Aug catalogue with no stock. Their staff also donot have a clue about what they have in stock because they phoned me twice to say they have the stock only to be told later they made a mistake. SAME MISTAKE TWICE!!!! Also when you ask to see the product you want to buy there is no demo model, HOW CAN YOU BUY A TECHNOLOGICAL PRODUCT BY JUST LOOKING AT A PICTURE!!! then the staff look at you like you from from outer space. You leave messages for the store manager to phone you but you never hear from them.What happened to good old fashioned customer service.!!! Are the staff trained on customer service? Also some cell c shops dont honour what is advertised because they dont earn commission on a certain deal???? PATHETIC!!!
