Advertised device not in stock

Cell C have advertised a device on special in September and October however they do not have this device in stock and have no idea when or if they will get it again. I have been trying to upgrade for a month now however get zero information when enquiring about the device that I would like and no effort has been made by either Cell C's direct sales (via website) or at the Hillcrest branch to find puy when it will be available. I was advised twice to just get another device but I refuse on the basis that the required device is advertised at a special rate and other devices available are not of the specs I require. How can you advertise something for 2 months that you can't provide?
