Advert with little details & No Delivery/Response

1. 2015/11/03 I ordered a phone online and submitted all documents the same day.<br> 2. The consultant inform me that the phone will be delivered on the 9-10th <br> 3. Phone Sony Xperia M5 advertised with a 50G data.<br> 4. The day the phone is supposed to be delivered I get called by a another consultant to tell me that the deal has been approved, who in turn tells me that the 50G deal is only valid till 2015/12/31. Quireng i am refered to a selling consultant<br> 5. Emails to the said consultant( Mokwaledi Mohale) none, rep****.<br> 6. A call their help line to for help, they say they will escalate it to the said consultant and he will call me back, to date I received no call.<br> 7. 2015/11/16 I received a parcel from cell c thinking that it is a cell phone, only to find out that it is only a simm card, I called 084-140 again for which they said, the phone will come and I must follow up with 084-145 on working hours<br> 8. Tried(084-145) for which I held a line 4ever till going email route, <br> 9. Sent an e-mail on 2015/11/18 of which on 2015/11/18 a lady, responded that I must calll 084-145, & transfered<br> 10. It is 2015/11/20, no phone, no communication, no response regarding clarification of the 50G data
