Advert says R199.00 and now they debit R260.00 ??? Why advertise a Lie

Hi, i took this Special i saw on Cell C Wifi Router for R199.00. Now monthend they debit R260 .00 WHY??

Why they say its a Special for R199.00 then charge another amount, times are tough now we are working on a budget??

Please fix this Cell C.. i took a Contract for R199.00
