Additional Sim cards under my name

I decided to choose and take a new contract phone with cell c, guess what they did, they processed another cell c contract Sim under my name without my concern. My contract I agreed on was R449, now they have sent me 2 Sim cards without me agreeing on that. Now I have to pay for things I don't even know why they have to force me into. I tried calling them for assistance, they been transferring my call from 1 to another, the whole day. Their network is even poor if the call cut, they won't even bother to call you back. They debited me for thing I don't know. I will never again nor advise anyone to use cell c
