Additional contract
<p>I am a valuable client (Or I thought I was) of Cell C, and never skipped a payment in the last year+ My sons phone got damaged and I tried to add an additional contract. I can more than afford it, but Cell C just declines with no explanation? As it is I am paying for 2 contracts where I have no simcard or phone.... does that not show loyalty and commitment? Apparently I blocked/cancelled a simcard (on a ****** phone).... which I am still paying for and because of that I cant get an extra line. Application ref: ********** 61 Maybe I should just cancel ALL my contracts and move to a different supplier... I mean what do I have to lose.</p>

28 Jul 2016, 13:48Sad to admit that I spoke to soon!!!! After getting an immediate responce from Mpho Ndlovu, and a phone call from Nicholas Ngwenya (which I communicated with for the past 2 days) NOTHING. Just all words and promises, and Cell C admitting that they havent done anything the last 2 days (After I was told my phone would be delivered yesterday by Nicholas.... The he ignores by phone call for 2 days, and today lets me know, sorry he ****, nothing has been done!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
