Additional contract

I received a statement from cell c on January noticed that there's a additional contract was opened in my name.I immediately called the call centre they suspended the contract and they told me to send affidavit and Id copy to cell c email.they told me they will contact me within 48 hours .I got a refence number .I've been calling cell c for help all I got was reference numbers.i want somebody to confirm that this contract its closed no feedback .Right now I received a statement they are still billing me for that additional contract again.its been 2 months now.im tired of hearing empty promises from cell c.im canceling everything with cell c.the service i got its terrible. I want this canceled before my debit order goes off!!! I want my money back
