Additional amount on account
I called Cell C last week regarding an outstanding amount on account ***. I paid the amount the Consultant gave me. Now I see there is another amount of R70 outstanding? I paid the amount that showed on my account, why must I pay again? The Consultant I talked with yesterday was just useless and were unable to answer my questions... Please advise.

21 Aug 2025, 12:51You don't understand what I'm saying. I called and the consultant confirmed I have an outstanding amount of R216.75 right. I then paid the full amount of R216.75 as per the consultant. I have sent through the proof of payment. What I'm querying is that there is now an additional R70 outstanding? When I was in conversation with the consultant, he confirmed I only owe you the R216.75 which I paid.
