Added 200Gigs of Data but internet not working - Where is my Data CellC???

Hi

I added 200Gigs of CellC Data but no Data is usable due to the internet not being able to connect to.

I have tried using the Data on numerous devices with the same result so this cannot be a device issue.

I have requested help from CellC but still not resolution.

Need this to be fixed asap or want my full Refund.
