Add on-s on account not outhourized.

Cell C have added a service on my account without requesting from me or even acknowledging that they want to do it. <br> <br> I have spoken to them several times but no-one takes the service of. Now I am not paying my account and they want to penalize me.<br> <br> I want the add on to be removed without paying one sent.
