Acount nightmares

Worst company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. After 3 years of trying to close my account they end up black listing me when they owed me money. Now trying to get credit it shows I still have unpaid accounts with them, this is 7 months later. I call there call center to get a clearance letter and they cant even give me the correct email address. The one they smsed to me bounces back. Its gone beyond a stupid account and they actually messing with my life now. Do yourself a favor and never go near them.
