accounts shows closed on ITC and not paid up

I need my accounts that I had with Cell C to show paid up on ITC and not closed. This affects my credit rating diversely and should be rectified immediately I currently show 3 contacts on my name 2 of them is closed and one is open. the 2 closed accounts needs to show paid up on the credit bureau so my credit status can show positive.<br> <br>
