Accounts query

<p>What a pathetic service I received from a certain Phindile from accounts,</p> <p>I have a billing query which I logged 3 weeks ag, ref ********** 904; I get feedback today and the her highness Phindile is actually clueless of whats in the query, I then want to explain to her but NOOOO, she aint interested in listening to what I mean instead she tells me she doesnt understand my query,</p> <p>How in the world would you understand if you aren't listening?</p> <p> </p> <p>I am really disatisfied of the turn around on this query, secondly the fact that the person who logged this query couldn't interpret my statement to begin with; and then Phindile was the cream of the crop.</p>
