ACCOUNTS NOT REPORTED CORRECTLY

On more or less the 17th of March I received a sms on one of my lines that I have got, cell no ***, that advised me of a amount that I am in arrear of R1958 which will be debited off my bank account on the 30th of March. As this amount did not reflect on my statement whatsoever, I didn't give much notice to it. However, when this amount did go off on the 30th I enquired about it since I didn't have any account of this on my statements! I spoke to Valentine and after much colaboration it was said to me that on my lines, *** and ***, which I was in arrears of that this amount of R1958 settles the account in full. I even sent Valentine a email with the statement as proof of payment! Then a few days ago I received a sms on this same no, ***, that again I am in arrears of R725!!! Now they want to cut my lines because of this!!!This, after it was said to me that this account was paid in full!!!! Somewhere someone made a calculation mistake and now they want me to pay for that! Well, Cell C, either you rectify your mistake or I am going to take my accounts elsewhere. Please come back to me with a favourable outcome?
