Accounts not received

I have not received an account since October 2014 even though I am paying for itemized billing. I have complained numerous times, and received reference numbers for each one but nothing happens.<br> This is a list of reference numbers I have received, ***, ***, ***, ***, ***. <br> I would appreciate your help in resolving this issue, either by reimbur*****t for itemized billing or supplying me with the outstanding accounts without charging me for postage, as per my contract.
