Accounts incorrectly linked

Cell C in all their wisdom decided to link about 10 accounts to my ID number that I never signed up for and the ones I did own I ported in 2017. I reached out to Cell C via an email for assistance, and have asked me to do a number of things to resolve the issue but still this is not resolved just short of walking on water. This time I was told to go a store and have them assist as they need a copy of my ID to which they like send to the accounts to resolve. I went to the store and guess what, their systems were offline and the representative said that he will be email the reference number and 2 weeks later I’m still waiting. Now the person who actually own the account has not made a payment so my credit score has been impacted by reflecting non payment. I note that this issue to get a resolution has started in 2019 and each time I have done what was asked of me. This is totally unacceptable and would like assistance on resolving the the issues.
