Accounts department and billing incorrectly
Very poor service I canceled the contract and they continue to bill I settle the outstanding balance but a month later till today they have never allocated the payment and is running my credit score. Very unprofessional.

Since you are very much aware of the payment why do I have to follow up endlessly and send millions of emails for something that must be resolved internally in your team? Stop being *********** this is very simple task for anyone to do when they love their Job and not aiming at ruining other people's life because they can and have access to do that.

This cannot be right when I request that you remove my name do so than request me to send you my own personal credit score to prove that your account is there. Please do what your suppose to be doing and clear my name because it says 4 months overdue.
