Do not ever get a contract with cell c. They are *******. Every year i upgrade my contract they over charge me. The last 3 months they tell me its pro rata amounts they deduct without telling me there was a pro rata amount. I have been trying the past 3 months to get them to fix it and they say the accounts department will phone me but they never do. I will not renew my contract with them again.

Please stop with your lies. no one has once tried to phone me, not once. and once again the case was just closed without any resolution. If you truly trying to phone me, you can do so at 6:30. you are suppose to have my details and will see the alternative number, I'm not putting myself at risk to send my number publicly.
