ACCOUNTS AND RETENTION ******* SERVICE
Where is the service gone ? Upgrade one contract to have another account handed over and default judgement logged . Used to be one account . Trying to resolve this issue for 8 months . 35 calls from call centre to managers .
Only changes are my facial expression .
Will certainly never take any business with them again .
