Accounts admin is shocking
Dear Cell C, thank you for messing up my credit score. I have an arrears amount on my name due to a R115 balance that was never cleared off my account when I cancelled and paid up my contract. I will never ever recommend anyone to Cell C because of this.

13 Jul 2022, 11:21Yes, it does. It has caused me to be declined by Discovery bank when I app**** for a credit card. I have been trying to resolve this for 2 months and I have not received any feedback from the department that deals with paid up letters.
