I would like to thank a gentleman by the name of Skhumbuzo who made sure that I was refunded at the exact day as promised,I wish everyone who deals with customers can be proactive like him because there will be minimum complaints, I hope other staff members can learn from him we need people like him,as customers we understand the nature of business and I believe in the golden rule,treat each other as you'd like to be treated,deal with queries as soon as they come don't wait for problems,this gentleman deserve a star and I wish everyone who work at cell c can learn from him, well done Skhumbuzo and as for cell c I hope you will proper training to your staff and avoid things like this in future,do not give incorrect information about your product, first to deal last to deal never shift problems.Thank you Skhumbuzo
