Account was paid fully, Paid up letter is required, nobody willing to assist.

I recently called and ask Cell C to send me the Paid up letter and I was promised to receive it in 2 working Days, The next day Masenyego sent me this message "

Today it's Day 6 and i have not received my Paid up letter for Account i had 3 years ago and they had my name blacklisted meanwhile I owe them nothing. This matter have been affecting me since I work for financial services and it's blocking my opportunities to lend a new job, I can't even get a new credit cards because of this nonsense.

All I need is a Paid up letter, letter Please. Pdf Letter.
