Cell C tried to debit my account, I was shocked since I don’t have a contract with Cell C, I then went to Cell C Brach in Jabulani Mall to investigate to my surprise I found out that a cellphone contract was **********ly open using my details in North West Branch, cell C breach all security protocols they did not even to a affordability check because I would I have got a SMS from Transunion advise me that an inquiry was done on my credit profiles and I have flagged my ID number with SAFPS. Which means Cell C should have call me first to verify if I was opening a contract. The service from Cell C is disgusting.
