account suspended after payment was made 25/02/15

I received the following sms today :<br> <br> your cell c account is still in arrears your service Your service will be suspended today -received from +*** @10:45 am <br> <br> I always pay my account on the 25 of each month and i paid on the 25/02/2015 , no one contacted me about my arrears amount and i took out my contract sept 2014. Which means i was in arrears last month already but no one contacted me and the same time i received this message i could not make calls or received calls so i contacted the number *** and spoke to a very unhelpful woman , i am arrears of R45.00 i pay my account every month why could they not have phoned or sent an sms saying that i am in arrears of R45.00 and i would pay it gladly but now they have sommer just suspended my account . I always thought that Cellc is the best but obviously i am so wrong .
