Account suspended ***

Goodday can you pls assist my cell c account are blocked for the last 3 months i cannot even receive calls how frustrating i contact customer services several times they say my acc are in arrears i send them proof of payment from January 2022 up to June 2022 i send proof of paymeny to and up to today my phone is still blocked so for the last 3/months i could not use my data or minutes and its not my fault because i did pay and send proof of payment i fwd proof of payment to *** Proof of *** *** *** I send proof of payment on 5 July 2022 14 July 2022 and 29 July 2022 Ref nrs i received for query *** *** *** Thank you in advance
